What We Install

Any Fitting, Any Room.

Most lighting and power point jobs are a single visit. We turn up with the right fittings, run the cable neatly, and leave the room better than we found it - no exposed conduit, no cracked plaster, no loose plates.

LED downlights - new installations or halogen-to-LED retrofits. Fire-rated fittings where required by insulation.
Extra power points - double GPOs, USB outlets, dedicated circuits for appliances or home offices.
Ceiling fans - supply and install, or swap out old fans. With or without light kits.
Outdoor lighting & power - sensor lights, entertaining area circuits, garden lights, weatherproof GPOs.
Exhaust fans & heat lamps - bathroom and laundry fittings, single and combination units.
Common Jobs

What People Usually Call Us For.

Straightforward jobs done without fuss. Most are a half-day or less.

Downlight Installations

New LED downlights throughout a room or the whole house. Fire-rated fittings where there is insulation above. Warm or cool white, dimmer-compatible on request.

Extra Power Points

Home office, kitchen bench, garage workshop, bedside tables - we'll find the neatest cable route and install double GPOs that actually sit flush.

Ceiling Fans

Supply and install, or just the install if you've already bought the fan. We position the mounting bracket correctly so the fan runs without wobble.

Sensor & Security Lighting

Exterior sensor lights, driveway lights, shed circuits, and front-door lighting. All weatherproof-rated and on RCD-protected outdoor circuits.

Renovation Electrics

Kitchen and bathroom renovations always turn up electrical work. We move outlets to new positions, add circuits for appliances, and sort out whatever the builder uncovers.

Garage & Workshop Circuits

Dedicated circuits for compressors, welders, or workshop tools. Three-phase supply available for larger machinery where the property has it.

Small job or large - same standard.

One power point or a full lighting fit-out. We quote the same way either way.

We quote in writing before starting. No surprises on the invoice - what we quote is what you pay unless the scope changes.

Step 3

On-Site Install

We arrive on time, work cleanly, and test everything before packing up. Plaster dust vacuumed, covers fitted, job done.

Step 4

Done & Certified

Compliance Certificate issued where required. Invoice and documentation emailed across the same day.

Lighting & Powerpoints FAQ

Common Questions

Yes - most rooms can have additional outlets added by running a new circuit or extending an existing one from the nearest connection point. We'll tell you the neatest way to do it before we start.
LED downlights use 80–90% less electricity and last far longer - typically 25,000–50,000 hours versus 2,000 for halogen. They also run cool, which reduces fire risk in insulated ceilings. We can retrofit existing halogen fittings or install new ones.
Yes. Any work that involves connecting to the fixed wiring - ceiling fans, light fittings, exhaust fans - requires a licensed electrician in NSW. Plug-in appliances you can do yourself; hardwired fittings you cannot.
Yes. Outdoor circuits use weatherproof fittings and the correct cable for external use. We install sensor lights, entertaining area lighting, driveway lights, and outdoor power points with RCD protection.
Adding a single double power point in a room next to an existing circuit is typically a couple of hours of work. The price changes with cable run length, wall construction, and whether a new circuit is needed. We quote in writing before touching anything.
Yes - exhaust fans and heat lamps are hardwired fittings that require a licensed electrician to replace. We swap out old units and can upgrade to combined fan/heat/light units at the same time.
